Staff Coaching & Reflective Supervision

We support the wellbeing, growth, and reflective practice of professionals.  We do this by offeringa confidential, restorative space for staff to pause, process, and refocus helping you sustain compassionate, trauma-informed work.

What is Reflective Supervision?

Reflective supervision is a guided conversation that helps practitioners make sense of their experiences, emotions, and responses.

It encourages curiosity over judgement and creates space to think about what lies beneath behaviour in children, families, and ourselves.

Why does It Matter?

Working in education and family support can be emotionally demanding.

Supervision provides a safe, structured space to reflect, learn, and protect your own wellbeing while maintaining professional boundaries.

Benefits include:

Reduced stress and burnout

• Improved emotional regulation and resilience

• Greater confidence in decision-making

• Stronger, more empathetic team culture

How does It Work?

Sessions can be offered individually or in small groups, online or in-person.

Each one lasts 60–90 minutes and is tailored to your setting and professional context.
