Community Workshops & Drop-Ins

Parenting a child with additional needs can sometimes feel isolating, but you’re not alone.

Our community workshops and drop-ins offer safe, informal spaces for families to connect, learn, and share experiences with others who truly understand.

These sessions are relaxed, judgment-free, and designed to help you build confidence while gaining practical tools for home and school life.  Whether you’re just starting your SEND journey or looking to deepen your understanding, there’s something for everyone.

Examples of our sessions include:

• Understanding the EHCP process

• Emotional regulation and co-regulation at home

• Communicating effectively with schools and professionals

• Parent wellbeing and reflection circles

• Coffee mornings and peer connection spaces

Each session is led by an experienced practitioner who blends lived experience with professional insight creating a space that’s both informative and empowering.

Upcoming events and locations will be shared soon keep an eye on our website or join our mailing list to stay updated.
