Payments!
• All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or PayPal at the time of booking.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
• Invoices can be issued for organisations, schools, or funded work on request.
• Private and community-rate sessions must be paid in full before the session begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We understand that life happens, if you need to cancel or rearrange, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed sessions without notice, may be charged in full.
• If we ever need to reschedule, we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but sessions may need to end at the scheduled finish time to respect other bookings.

 

Refunds for Digital or Pre-paid Services

Once a digital resource, written document, or “done-for-you” service has been delivered, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
