At Little Footsteps Hub, we offer digital resources and bespoke advocacy services designed to support families navigating trauma, SEND, and housing challenges. We honour your trust and aim to be clear about what you can expect when purchasing from us.

Digital Downloads
Our downloadable resources, such as toolkits, glossaries, and starter packs are delivered instantly. Because of this:
• Refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded or accessed
• By purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download begins
• If your file is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

Advocacy Services
Our advocacy work, including safeguarding navigation, EHCP support, housing escalation, and complaint drafting, is tailored to each family’s unique situation. As such:
• Refunds are not typically offered once work has begun
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before a scheduled session, we may offer a partial refund minus an admin fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or after work has started, are non-refundable
• If you feel a service wasn’t delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may raise concerns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We’ll always aim to resolve issues with fairness and integrity
