FAQ's
Do you offer free services or discounts?
We operate on a paid model to honour the emotional labour and lived experience behind our work. However, we offer flexible options, including pay-what-you-can and bespoke packages for families navigating financial hardship. Every offer is rooted in dignity, not charity.
Can you help with school complaints or EHCP issues?
Yes. We specialise in trauma-informed advocacy for SEND families, including EHCP navigation, exclusions, safeguarding breaches, and formal complaint drafting. We help you hold your ground strategically, emotionally, and procedurally.
Is Little Footsteps Hub a registered charity or CIC?
Not yet. Little Footsteps Hub is a trading name of Little Footsteps Recruitment Ltd (Company No. 16459188), registered with the ICO (ZB950853). We’re in the process of formalising as a Community Interest Company to expand borough-wide sanctuary spaces.
Do you work with professionals or just families?
Both. We support families directly and also train professionals, schools, councils, and service providers, in trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent practice. If you’re looking to shift culture, not just tick boxes, we’re here to help.
Testimonials

"I found Little Footsteps Hub through word of mouth, and I honestly couldn’t believe the level of support I received, for such an affordable price. I’d searched high and low for advocates, and it felt like I’d need to remortgage my home just to get the right help. My son’s school wasn’t doing right by him, and I didn’t know where to turn. After speaking with the ladies, I finally knew what steps to take. We’re now in the process of securing an EHCP, and I know exactly who I can call if I need guidance again. Their support is priceless".

"I was worn out and I wasn’t being listened to. Schools say they take SEND into account, but I didn’t feel that was true for my son and I didn’t know what to do anymore. I’m a private person, but I decided to reach out and thought, what harm could it do? From the first call, Shemiah made me feel calm. She was so helpful and bubbly, her laugh was contagious, and it put me at ease. She even accompanied me to a school meeting and got the teachers to put proper adjustments in place for my boy. I appreciate you both so much. Thank you for seeing me when I felt invisible.”

"I went through a situation that was absolutely crippling. The ladies at Little Footsteps Hub encouraged me, went through all my paperwork, and helped me get back on my feet. They didn’t just support me, they helped reunite me with my children. I couldn’t thank them enough. Their care was real, their guidance was strategic, and their presence gave me hope when I had none".
